Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99; the order subtotal must reach $99 or more to qualify for this benefit.
Please note that all orders require an additional 1-2 business days for processing during Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST (excluding holidays).
Once shipped, standard orders typically arrive within 5 business days, while expedited orders are delivered within 3 business days. During peak shipping periods, carriers may experience delays or missing shipment scans in transit, potentially impacting the estimated delivery date.
RETURNS:
Our goal is full customer satisfaction, so we offer a no-obligation purchase policy allowing you to return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund. No need to provide a reason, but please cover the return shipping cost.
If the received goods aren't suitable for you, return them in 'as new' condition (undamaged and with original packaging) within 30 days of receipt. We will refund your purchase cost via the original payment method.
To maintain the 'as new' condition, we recommend trying the items indoors first. Any outdoor use may result in scuffed feet, classifying the item as 'used' rather than 'as new.'
